When I use the button the blog entry title shows up but the link doesn't. I'm using twitters shortner in the settings. Any guesses why this would be happening?

Can you provide a link that demonstrates this? Also, the WP Tweet Button generates short URLs using a number of shorteners but "twitters shortner" isn't one of them. Can you check what shortener it is that you're using?

I just checked out your site. It looks like you either entered HTML and Javascript in the Google Analytics option of the plugin or you're using a plugin that's adding Google Analytics HTML and Javascript to the URL.
