michaelpedzottiI had to use FTP to delete the plugin folder and then the blog returned to normal. In the dashboard there was an error message about the WP Tuner plugin folder being removed/not found - that's because I deleted it with FTP. Dashboard was blank. Public view of the site in a browser was a blank window.
