    In the visibility portion of the CSS, there's an extra semicolon:

    <p id="wptbheadline" style="visibility:hidden;;background: #d7e9f3;margin: 0px 0px 0px;text-align:center;font-size: 14px; padding-top:8px;padding-bottom:8px;color:#000000; display:block;border-bottom-color:#86b2c9;border-bottom-style: solid;border-bottom-width: 3px;">

    The extra semicolon is in there in case the user enters in custom CSS and forgets to add the final semicolon. It causes no harm and is only one extra byte.
