   Plugin submits tweets on edited posts when option is un-ticked and separately submits tags as Hashtags with no URL or title.

   WP: 2.8.5
   WP-Twitter Version: 1.5.1

   Plugin still does this with 1.5.2

   Should be fixed with the latest release.
