   When creating a custom tweet with hashtags, if they are also tags there is a risk of duplicate hashtags. I think ideally, the auto hashtags should be switched off off custom tweets.

   In the next version, I'll probably move the hashtag option into a template tag (#tags#), so that this is more controllable. Thanks for mentioning it! It's not something I'd thought of, particularly.
