    I’m getting this error:

403 Forbidden: The request is understood, but it has been refused. This code is used when requests are understood, but are denied by Twitter. Reasons can include: Too many Tweets created in a short time or the same Tweet was submitted twice in a row, among others. This is not an error by WP to Twitter.

What am I doing wrong? I post only once per week on this blog and Twitter account.

By the way, running “Check Support” works just fine.

It seems that this happens when I have scheduled a post to post, not when I directly post something.

Another reason that this happens is if your Tweet exceeds the permitted length; but that shouldn’t be variable in any way based on scheduling versus directly posted. Can you submit a support request to me?

Shouldn’t WP to Twitter truncate the post if it will exceed length, instead of failing with 403?

In any case, it seems to be an issue of scheduling a post that causes the problem. I don’t seem to have the problem if I post directly from the WP admin.

How do I submit a support request?

It attempts to, but if you’re not running with the Normalizer class installed in Php it may not get the count right.

Submit a support request via the support form on the settings page.

    Best,
    Joe
