Also, can you try testing everything with the WordPress Default Theme “Twenty Ten”, so that we know whether this might be an issue caused by your theme?

I tested it unfortunately it is the theme that I have been using that is causing a conflict, I figured it out in the morning

thanks for checking this.
In that case, you should contact the theme developer, as otherwise you will not be able to use any Shortcodes (not only those from WP-Table Reloaded but all Shortcodes) with that theme.

I am also having this problem. The code is showing up on the page, but the table is not visible. I am using Heatmap. I tried Your plugin with Twenty ten, and it still did not work. It is at http://energy-advise.com

Hi Martin,
this either means that you have not actived the WP-Table Reloaded plugin or that your theme is coded improperly.
As the Shortcode is not being evaluated, and as there is no CSS file of the plugin included, I really believe that WP-Table Reloaded is deactivated. That would explain why it also did not work with Twenty Ten.
