    I'm trying to change the colour of the top row of a tablae from the default grey.

    I'm using the following code:

    .wp-table-reloaded-id-4 .row-1 td {
    background-color: #E4061B!important;
    }

    and it is saving. I have most of the default options delected, apart from displaying the sort arrows at the top of the table.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks
    Richie

    Hi,

    the first row in a table is the "Table Head", which is created by a slightly different HTML code (th instead of td).

    So, please try with this:

    .wp-table-reloaded-id-4 .row-1 th {
      background-color: #E4061B!important;
    }

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

    Tobias, thanks for the quick response. That's brilliant!

    Just a couple to add noe please.

    I'd like to make the font in the title white and remove the padding around the red background so it fills the cell if possible.

    Also, why is there such a large space after the able? In the Dashboard, "view full table" is on the next line.

    Many thanks
    Richie

    Hi,

    this means that you want to remove the border around the header cells, I guess.

    Please try the following code (instead of the one from above)

    .wp-table-reloaded-id-4 .row-1 th {
      background-color: #E4061B!important;
      color: #FFFFFF!important;
      border: none!important;
    }

    The space after the table is not coming from WP-Table Reloaded. You might want to try to place the text immediately after the Shortcode, without any line breaks, in the editor window of your page.

    Regards,
    Tobias
