    Hello
    I have now tried 3 different times with 3 different e-mail addresses to purchase this plugin.
    Each time I get to paypal payment I login enter my details then payment fails due to an error.
    I then go back to symposium and try to login but I get error message you have not completed subcription. I select link to complete and once again I get told there is an error and to contact an administrator.
    I cannot then log in to symposium site.
    Can you help please?

    Hi Simon
    I eventually managed to purchase a subscription but only after using yet another e-mail address, going through to paypal, selecting new user following all the steps and eventually linking it to my current paypal account. The payment was then accepted.

    There is a major error somewhere along the line as it took me over four hours to eventually sign up.
    By far the most frustrating part was that I couldn’t log in to symposium at all untill the subscription went through.
    Even though the symposium log in page said you need to complete your subscription, on clicking the link an error always occured no matter what username/ e-mail or browser I used. I even tried a different computer and the results were the same.

    I’m just concerned for you guys in that you may be loosing valuable business due to this.
