   hi. wp v 2.6 - survey is not showing up in a post... even the [wp_surveys] is not showing up. everything other i write in the post gets on the screen...

   I have the same Problem. Any help?
   I disabled the Plugin, killed the Tables reinstalled. But it wont work.

   I am now a step closer :-)
   The Survey is not displayed on the first Page. But when you click on the Post, you can see the survey...
