   Once you select how you want your answers shown for each question (vertical, horizontal, or menu style) there's no way to change it, and there's no way to delete all the survey, you just have to create a new one and de-activate the actual.

   If you need to change, for example, from Horizontal to Vertical, you'll have to manually go to mysql and find the "surveys_questions" table, and change the value of "question_type" from "one-hori" to "one-vert".
