[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] section order

I’m trying to do a survey with text responses, post multiple choice questions. I’m currently trying to get this accomplished with the form, however the form shows up first. I did a rendition with quiz which allows text response, but it also doesn’t tally total responses in admin like i’m needing to present? Am I missing a setting? Or might you direct me to where I can make an edit for the form to follow the survey?
