What version of WordPress and the plugin are you using?
I got the same issue: just the thank you.
WordPress 3.2.1.
WP Survey And Quiz Tool Version 2.2.3
I’ve been unable to push to the WordPress svn repo for a little while so could you please download the most recent version from my GitHub repo. Hopefully that will fix the issue, otherwise I am going to need more information.

Got the latest plugin version. No help. At the end of the test, I get the description and the thank you.
My type of questions: all single (multiple choice).
Tried to change “Finish Display” – no effect.
Put text into “Finish Message” – no effect.
Also, the plugin says that it is unable to automark.
I would rather not have to look for another solution option.

It’s working with me, just created a test quiz with the latest version (now 2.4 at time of writing). Would you be able to tell me all of the options you have on the quiz edit page? You can provide a screenshot if you like.
If I can’t work out why this is happening a database dump of your wpsqt tables would be useful. There is now a backup feature in the plugin on the maintenance page that will do this for you.

I might have solved the riddle. The help wording is a bit ambiguous. I was using [wpsqt_survey name=””] instead of [wpsqt_quiz name=””]. Thus no test results. Thank you for your help! You are the best.
“How do I display a Survey on a page?
To display a quiz on a page you need to use the shortcode, [wpsqt_survey name=””] in put in the name of the quiz you want to display in between the quote marks. You can do this in a post or in a page, a new separate page is advised. Note you may want to disable comments.”
Ah, fair point. There is actually a new shortcode that you should start to use if possible.

I am also having no results showing and not even getting a thank you message. Here is the page: http://www.filmmisery.com/?p=8169
I am using the following shortcode: [wpsqt name=”4″ type=”quiz”]
The actual quiz shows fine, but when you click next it reloads the page with nothing in the quiz area. I have it set to show Quiz Review upon completion. I also tried using Finish Message and that did nothing either.
I am using WPSQT version 2.5.4 and WordPress version 3.2.1.
Any help would be appreciated!

Can you check the wpsqt_all_results table in your database and see if the results are actually getting added or not?

No, they do not seem to be. There are results saved from the first two quizzes I created, but those have stopped working as well.
Can you remember what version of the plugin you were using before it broke?
I’m not sure. I usually update every time there is one available and the time a successful quiz was taken was mid-July. Sorry, I know that doesn’t give you something definite to work with.

I have got the plugin to work again, and it is marking the results as I want, but the final line displayed in large bold text is “Total Points quiz can’t be auto marked.” The strange thing is, if I leave all answers blank and click on “next” it says “Total Points 0 correct out of 0”, but if I answer even one question I get the “can’t be auto marked” result.
