[Plugin: WP Survey And Quiz Tool] Including "Form" Field in E-mail

Hello! Fantastic job on this plugin. Easily one of the best quiz/survey plugins writtin for WP.

Is there a way to include the response to a field that was created under the “Form” section in the e-mails sent out?

For instance, my form’s required text field asks for: Name of your school

The results page shows the field name is: Custom_Nameofyourschool

How do/can I include the response in the e-mail submission?

I have tried each of the below tokens which have not worked.

%USERMETA_{METANAME}%
