   I want to build a small Cardiovascular Risk Calculator, where users enter multiple choices answers. Each answer adds different number of risk points. If the sum is in a certain range, he gets a text shown related to the risk range.

   Is this possible with WP Survey and Quiz Tool?
   If not, do you know another WP plugin that can?
