WP Supersized
[resolved] Comma in image list causes plugin to break in IE7 and 8 (7 posts)

    Hi

    I'm displaying a slideshow of images by using the SupersizedDir custom field with a value of "wp-gallery".

    However, it's not working in IE7 or 8 and I've tracked it down to the fact that there is a comma on the last image in the array of images in the jQuery output in the head.

    I've corrected this by changing line 717 to:

    $full_output = substr( $full_output, 0, -1 )."\n";

    Cheers
    Simon

    Hi Simon

    I've been having the same problem with supersize and ie

    If you could point me towards the jquery file that needs the comma removing that'd be much appreciated as i can't seem to see it

    Thanks a lot

    James

    I found it (at least everything is now working on all expected browsers) in wp-supersized/includes/WPSupersized.php

    I changed line 717 as suggested and all's good.

    Let me know if you think there's anything different needed otherwise many thanks for your post..!

    Glad it helped, that was the only change I needed to make.

    Sorry about this. This was a forgotten bug in my code. This will disappear in the next update.
