Captions not appearing on iphone/ipad (3 posts)

I'm having an issue where the captions (generated in XML) are not appearing on ios devices like ipad / iphone and some browsers, like Opera. It works in firefox, safari, internet explorer etc. Maybe I have just stared at this code for too long, because it seems like there's probably a really simple solution to this, I just can't find it right now.
(let me know if you want the site/code - i don't want to post it here for privacy purposes)
Thanks in advance for any tips!!

I had the same problem with my captions. My captions are html coded into divs inside of the title:'' section of the supersized script. To fix my problem I made a simple change to my css.

The offending code was in my css for my caption container div.

I deleted this in my css:

After doing that my captions popped right up on my iPad. I was so happy about it I replied to a 3 month-old thread. By now maybe you already figured it out. If so, post it up!

Santacruisin, can you give us some examples? I'm getting the caption, but when I don't want the caption it shows the title and I don't want that.

Basically, If I put a caption I want it to show, but if not it should be blank.

It's a portfolio theme so I want to show a description on the first slide then not on the others... just pictures.

    thanks is advance.
