   Hi

   I am trying to put the following pop up on my site:
   --------------------------------------------------------------------------
   I am currently turning the 'Cycling The Americas' blog into a manuscript.
   If you would like to know when the book has been published:
   ENTER YOUR EMAIL

   SUBSCRIBE
   --------------------------------------------------------------------------
   The message appears fine but I can't find 2 things:
   1. In the gap between ENTER YOUR EMAIL & SUBSCRIBE, I would like to put in a box where people can put in their email address.
   2. Turn SUBSCRIBE into a pressable button.

   I am missing something or does WP Super Pop Up not come with these features? If it doesn't, can you recommend me another Plugin that will.
