I just installed this plug in and all parts appear to work other than the Table and Table Contents buttons. I've selected the option to make these available and have put them into the third row with another button. There appears to be small amounts for the buttons in the editor buttons listed but the buttons themselves don't appear. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

There is an update that includes an Upgrade Utility Plugin to fix some mistakes. Also be aware of any other plugins that might be conflicting. I try to keep WP Super Edit out of the way of plugin conflicts, but that's pretty much impossible.
