   Hi all,

   I installed WP Super Edit on WP 2.8.2, the installation worked fine and I can see the pluggin's settings page but the edit is not appearing when I want to write a new post.

   Think it is not working for 2.8.2...

   It's been tested on 2.8.2 and 2.8.3 with no problems for me. I'll run it through another round of tests soon just to make sure.

   As usual you may have to empty your browser cache.

   The other way issues like this happen is when other plugins attempt to add or modify the editor buttons in an unfriendly way. If you have another plugin that adds buttons to the editor active on your site, you might try to deactivate that plugin. Also make sure you don't use a similar plugin like the TinyMCE Advanced Plugin.
