after upgrading to WP Cache newest version my homepage does not load, all other pages load fine except for my homepage. Can someone please help.

Check your PHP error log, try the debug system in the plugin, read the FAQ and troubleshooting docs. Hopefully there'll be something in there.
Try clearing your cache too.
