I'm hosted on an IIS6 platform. I turned caching on, but no pages have become cached. The telltales ("super-cache" verbage in the page source) or files written to wp-content/cache are missing. Thus, nothing is happening. There are no error messages, except there is a warning that my wp-content permissions are set to writeable, and I should fix that with a chmod 755.
I'm using the PATHINFO "almost pretty" form of permalinks (because my site crashed when I tried to add/use an .htaccess file).
Did you try the debug system in the plugin? That should tell you a lot about why it's not caching.

I've activated debug messaging to e-mail. However, no e-mails have arrived. The built-in tester gives me this output:
Fetching http://www.ariasamp.net/ to prime cache: OK
Fetching first copy of http://www.ariasamp.net/: OK
Fetching second copy of http://www.ariasamp.net/: OK
The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!
Is there another way to extract debug information? I don't seem to be receiving any.
Yeah, just log it to a file.
