   I am using WP-Super Cache with the following plugins

   WP Comment Karma - http://tinyurl.com/2xwqoz
   WP Post Views - http://tinyurl.com/ytphsy

   I'm not worried about them updating instantly but will they gradually work?

   Not sure about the first one, but someone has made wp post views work with wp-super-cache. Use Google to find the tutorial.
