More often than not, when I test the cache, it says that the timestamps don't match. Is this a problem that I should be concerned about? I'm not sure I understand the instructions it provides below the test.
Although the site (http://www.suburbanhobbyfarmer.com/) seems to be performing OK, it doesn't seem to get much of a performance boost when the cache is turned off. Can I better configure it?

You probably should be concerned but did you test it manually by reloading the front page and checking the timestamp in the html source?

I'm sorry for the inexperienced question. I've looked in code and haven't been able to find the time stamp. Can you direct me to where in the html source the timestamp would be?
Right at the bottom of your homepage. I just checked and the timestamp was the same so caching is working!
