Similar situation to me.
I did a fresh install on my CPanel host using Fantastico to create the wordpress installation. I then added the plugins I love; including WP Super Cache.
I go to the dashboard and click on 'settings' after having activated all my plug-ins.
I go step-by-step through each of my plugins and configure each.
I got to WP Super Cache, it shows as being 'Off'. I decide to leave it that way. i.e. I don't change any settings.
I click on the next plugin's name in the list under Settings...and my site is gone - nothing but a blank screen. Both the admin panel and the main site itself. No error messages, nothing.
This happened once before - and I didn't know why; that forced me to reinstall my entire site. I hope I don't have to do that, now that I know something in WP Super Cache screwed up.
I tried removing the super cache entries in the wordpress/.htaccess file - but that didn't solve the problem.
Any ideas for how to extract WP Super Cache and restore my site?
