   When using WordPress multisite, site admins should have the option of flushing the cache for their site, as opposed to that functionality being reserved solely for the network admin.

   Is that why I am having a major problem? I created a new subsite four days ago but only the sample page is visible. The new pages I created are not visible. It looks like I did nothing with the site and it is useless.
