I recently moved from a shared hosting account on Godaddy to a dedicated server and now my site is running slow as hell and I don't think WP Super Cache is working properly. What should I do or changes should I make since I moved to a server to WP Super Cache?

Disable caching in the settings page and delete wp-content/advanced-cache.php
The plugin should regenerate it again if you visit the settings page.
