   I have tested Amazon CloudFront and MaxCDN. Both work fine without any issues. CloudFront is cost effective for smaller sites. MaxCDN has a lot of options such as easy purging of files, statistics, etc.

   I just started using this plug-in with Cloudflare which is free and seems to work well.
