   I've changed some elements in the footer and header of the wp theme.

   Is it enough to start a preload task again ? or is better to disable and re-enable the cache ?
   What is the most effective way to refresh 2000 preloaded pages ?

   Also: having 10000+ posts my choice in the preload menu are:

   - all
   - 2067
   - 4134
   - 8268
   - 10335

   it would be nice to preload 1000 posts only, but i can't

   Just preload it again and the plugin will do it's job.

   is it possible to refresh the cache just for one page ?

   I've changed 1 little thing on the home page, how to recreate only that cached file ?

   Can i delete the cached version from the webserver using FTP ?
