   I get the feeling based on the name that I want to use the new LOGGED_IN_COOKIE to tell WPSC that I have a logged in user. However, upon reading the code, it doesn't appear that this is the intended use of LOGGED_IN_COOKIE. What should we be using LOGGED_IN_COOKIE for? Expected values?

   It's just a feature WordPress offers, and allows you to change the cookie name logged in users get. If you really want to use it grab the development version as I missed out a couple of places where it's needed:
