   I am testing whether I have set things up correctly.

   After refreshing a page, the source code says,
   <!-- Dynamic page generated in 5.721 seconds. -->
   <!-- Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2010-03-06 05:46:34 -->

   Then I wait a bit and it tells me,
   <!-- Dynamic page generated in 0.364 seconds. -->
   <!-- Cached page generated by WP-Super-Cache on 2010-03-06 05:50:29 -->

   Readme.txt says that a cached page on reload will show the same timestamp.. but mine isn't.

   Any ideas?

   Caching isn't working. You should follow the troubleshooting tips in the readme.txt and try the debug system in the plugin to figure out why it's not caching.
