   I'm trying to use this plugin along with CDN Sync and when I enable page caching the theme of the site breaks. Im currently getting this error:

   otice: Undefined index: dynamic in
   wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php on line 261

   Any ideas?

   The development version fixes that http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-super-cache.zip
