   Setting up a site for a client using the affiliates plugin for WPEC. It creates links like the following: "http://www.domain.org/products-page?wpsca_refkey=GQ2iGelEM6WJFR%2CSmxYNh%2CwkDJw00000000000"

   I have already added the following to the exclude list but it does not seem to make any difference:
   /products-page/
   /*wpsca_refkey*/

   I've tried other combinations of these as well.

   define the constant DONOTCACHEPAGE somewhere when those pages are requested and they won't be cached.
