I was using the plugin for a few days it was working great.
It was fast I was very happy...

I was working on the site and needed to see un cached pages
So I disabled it (which I had done before with no issue)

When I enabled it and hit preload..,
BOOM... Lots of text but no site.

    I could not access anything.
Deleted plugin directory and cache directory and I got site back
    But it is not right...

I tried reinstalling it BOOM... Lots of text but no site

Can you help I am desperate

See the "If all else fails" section of the readme.txt. It explains how to remove the plugin manually.

It could be something corrupted in your wp-config.php or wp-content/wp-cache-config.php

Where exactly do I find this readme, as you must understand I am a little flustered right now.

You can find them here too. Check your wp-config.php for PHP errors first or wp-content/wp-cache-config.php, might be something obvious there.

The issue at hand does not revole around how you remove the plugin. The thing I want to learn more about is why MyGarageShop┬┤s site crashed. Any ideas?

Yes, what I said above about the config files. Check them for php errors.

Ok I looked at the wp-config.php... Other than the 2 inserted staements that supercache made no issues that I can see.

I cant find wp-cache-config.php in the wp-content directory?

    [No bumping, thank you.]

Well then fall back to the tried and tested php error_log. Also use the error_log() command in your wp-settings.php to figure out how far execution goes.

Uncomment the error_reporting line at the start of wp-cache-phase1.php as that will report lots of warnings and errors that may be hidden by your server config. Make sure you don't have display_errors set on!

I dont know what you mean by Bumping?
I do not know the person wwho commented on my post?

I had a problem with my site and needed help.

I had to wipe out my site and rebuild it from scratch...
You were telling me to try thing, my site was Down?

I really need better support, I was in a disaster situation.
At this time I had a moment I have been working round the clock to rebuild my site.

Do you have any idea why this happened? I am kind of afraid to reinstall the product and try again?

I dont know what you mean by Bumping?

Do not bump posts. Bumping a post to "the top" does not help your topic get noticed. The volunteers who try to answer questions look for those without replies first. If you bump a post, then it disappears from the "No Replies" view. DO NOT BUMP.

I do not know the person wwho commented on my post?

That was a forum moderator issuing a warning.

    I really need better support

    Then try hiring someone.

MyGarageShop - unfortunately you need to learn a lot about hosting and how PHP and WordPress works. Read the WordPress codex, use Google. Otherwise, base your business at WordPress.com where you won't have to worry about any of this stuff.
