[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Inserting extra characters when viewed in IE7 (3 posts)

    Hello,

I posted about this several months ago, and since I have been using 0.9.1 and now 0.9.2, the same problem exists. With super cache ON (both super and WP cache on), I notice that an extra character gets placed in the text of posts. This only displays in IE7. Compression is turned off.

    Here's an example:

So. You’re joining because S—– told you to? Nice. You know what? I’ve been telling you to join for over a year. Guess what don’t friend me, ok? I don’t want to be your friend on there now.”

And then I stuck my tongue out and we howled in laughter. I cackled, actually.

So, he’s turned to “The Dark Side” but luckily hasn’t been sucked into the black hole completely. Yet!

The "Â" characters are what I am referring to, plus there seems to be an extra space after the "Â"

    Any ideas?

I don't know why you see this and I don't have IE7 here so I can't debug it. When you view the source of the page are those extra characters there?
What is your url? I'd like to see it for myself.

Do you have any plugin that does special things for different browsers?
