   The images keep disappearing on the site, like header logo, various post images, instead of images there is just a gray box that my theme shows when there is supposed to be an image, and each time that I deactivate wp super cache the images come back fine?

   Anyone know why and how to fix this?

   I want to keep the plugin, but its useless like this.

   Check the CDN settings page, disable that feature until your CDN is ready.
