I recently loaded this plugin due to my site being very image heavy and the loading speeds were less than good. After installation, my site loads but the images have a broken link. I also have access to my dashboard. I have a permalink structure of category then postname, which I understand is more suited for the php setting. However, when I go to the setting to switch to php, and update. The mode remains on legacy.
Also, I have looked into the wp-config file and there is nothing about define cache etc. I figured I must have missed something in the installation that may be important to my specific site.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My site is landscapeinvocation.com

Update: Images links are still broken however, I have been able to change the mod setting etc. I dont know if I am having a permalink issue or an issue with the entire installation overall.

I have narrowed my issue down to the fact that the installation of this plugin changed some of my images that my theme automatically resizes for headers and main page images to a long that does not include the domain name. The link just says wp-upload/..... and does not include the http://www.landscapeinvocation.com that everything else does. Any advice would be appreciated, especially from the developer. Thanks.
It's possibly the CDN part of the plugin? Do you have that on?

I had a weird issue with this plugin as well.. I have hotlinker turned on in CPanel to stop people from directly linking to my images.
I performed the necessary tweaks to WP Super Cache - and all of a sudden it stopped posting images on my own site! And I had an exception already in place.
As a short term solution I had to turn off hotlinker... Just kind of annoying is all.
