[Plugin: WP Super Cache] i do not do change the old permission to the new one

hello to all, I get warning like this below:

The permissions of the file: /var/chroot/home/content/91/……./html/wp-content/cache/meta was modified on the web server:

The old permissions where: d rwx—r-x
The new file permissions are: d rwxr-xr-x

my question are:
1.Sorry, whether wp super cache have made changes permission or not? is this normal?? because I do not do it
2. what effect to my blog?
