  • You could write a WP Super Cache plugin to check for those URLs and change the URL before the plugin checks for cached pages. See the developer docs linked from the plugin documentation for more details and the plugins folder in the wp-super-cache folder.

    Thank you for feedback, but I don’t need to redirect. I need to show the same cached content for several pages… It would be really helpful if someone can suggest workaround(numbers of code lines and example of changes) so that for all pages with *&q=* in url I can send cahed homepage content.

    Yes, I know. You won’t redirect, you’ll fool the plugin into thinking it’s the homepage..
