   After activating the plugin, it created a few directories with 99 user right that I can't even change the Cmod or deleted. How do I do then?

   That user is the user the webserver runs as. You'll have to chmod or delete them through a PHP script. This post has details of how to delete them: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/178128?replies=17#post-794736
