   after trying to update the settings in the advanced section of the plugin I choose the recommended options only, after updating i found that my site now displays the following where the home page should be...

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/pclarke/public_html/www.partydresses.org.uk/index.php on line 3

   I have tried uninstalling but that has not made any difference?

   can you help please URGENTLY!

   I can't think how Supercache caused this but you could check wp-config.php and wp-content/wp-cache-config.php for syntax errors.
