There was an update for WP Super Cache earlier today, that went by fine, then immediately after there was another one that returned some form of DB error after I had attempted automatic update and after that my blog went blank. I mean completely blank, pure white screen of nothing.
I have renamed the folder with this plug in - still blank, I have deleted the plug in - still blank. I've restarted my browser, cleared cached, did all that - now I can see the blog... but guess what happens when I try to access admin area. Yep - BLANK.
I've checked files via FTP - no vital files have been changed. What kind of destructive plug in is this that it sends your whole blog bye bye with a single click? Am I better off not using it to avoid similar or worse problems in the future? Is there any way I can bring the blog back to life after WP Super Cache had its way with it?
