[Plugin: WP Super Cache] Disable part of code

Hi,
I’d like to disable a small part of a widget I have on my website. It is a random advertisement that, with Super cache on, rotates only ones an hour, which should be every reload of the page.

Is it possible to disable Super Cache for a small part of a page, OR for all widgets?
