Support » Plugins » [Plugin: WP-Super-Cache] Delete Cache doesn't delete wp-cache Files

  • When pressing Delete Cache in the Admin Content Section of Wp Super Cache in Version 1.0 then the wp-cache Files for the logged in users won’t be deleted. If I delete these file manually I see the changes.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Modify a Widget
    2) Delete The Page
    3) The Widget Changes aren’t appearing
    4) Delete the wp-cache Files manually
    5) Now the widget changements are visible.

  • I second this!

Try the dev version, you’ll have more luck with that:

Happens to me also, when testing I have to delete files via ftp. (WPSC 1.0, WP 3.2.1)

In the dev Version deletion of the entire cache works well, but there the Flush Rules don’t work.

If I add a new Post, then for Example the Start Page didn’t work.
On Version 1.0 I also noticed that the Garbace Collection scheduled by a Specific time didn’t work well, we’d to change this to Interval Garbage Collection.

At the Moment I did a Downgrade to the 0.9.9.9 Version, becuase of the Problems in the current Versions.

Doesn’t work in the dev version for me either. Maybe because I’m using subdomains and under wp-super-cache are created subdirectory like:

    sub1.example.org/…
    sub2.example.org/…

    ??? bohhh
