   I set the Debug email address and activated the plugin after some hassle.
   I then wanted to stop receiving the debug notifications set in the wp-cache-config.php file, de-activated the plugin, removed and commented out the email address. Re-activated the plugin and still am receiving the emails.

   How do I stop them outright? Is it written in the DB somewhere that I can remove it?

   I bet they're just queued. Are you still getting them?

   Was getting them a day or two after. I have removed the plugin and subsequently needed to rebuild site for other reasons after that, have not re-implemented the plugin as of yet.
