   In my WP Super Cache Settings content page, I see a page that's apparently cached some 33 seconds ago.
   When I open this page (not logged in, on another machine) the bottom of the page says:

   <!-- Dynamic page generated in 0.751 seconds. -->
   <!-- Page not cached by WP Super Cache. Check your settings page. -->

   What could be wrong? Is this page cached or not?

   fixed it by setting Use PHP to serve cache files instead of Use mod_rewrite to serve cache files.
   However, mod_rewrite works ok for WordPress itself
