    Finally I decided to give it a try. I cannot belive how much faster my site is loading. I am on shared server StartLogic hosting with over 1700 domains on one IP. My site was stalling sometimes for 10-20 sec at a time. Now it is flying every time.
    Installation was super easy and I use default settings.

    i do agree, wp super cache is the most powerful plugin iv ever experienced !!
