   My Chrome Inspector Audit is telling me to "Leverage Browser Caching(95)" and lists 95 images and js that are missing a 'cache expiration'. I do not know what that means (except what I can infer logically) nor do I understand how to change that for individual items.

   I'm using WP Super Cache in php caching mode. At http://www.commonsensewithmoney.com on a VPS. Not sure what else you need to know to help me out?

   WP Super Cache doesn't handle this sort of caching, but this search will help you find what you're looking for.
