   is there any problem, if I uninstall this plugin in the future (when updating, upgrating wp...)?

   What do you mean with "problem"? There'll just be no spam filter if you turn off an anti-spam plugin, that's it. I disable WP Spam Free when upgrading if that's what you mean. Just see if everything works after the upgrade and re-activate the plugins, including this one.

   If I uninstall WP Spam Free there are plugin-things (3) in the db-options-table. It seems to be no problem, but the uninstall is not (db-)clean.

   No problems whatsoever, except as Gangleri said, you'll have no spam filter. :) WP-SpamFree adds a couple options but it doesn't add any new tables to the database. You won't have any problems if you uninstall it.
