Anytime I click on any of the WP Socializer links to get to its settings in the Dashboard, I'm redirected to my site's homepage. Therefore, I'm completely unable to make use of the plugin. Anyone else have this issue?

    Try this link...

    http://mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_socializer

    This should work.

Sorry - I get the same redirect using the link above. If it matters, I have WordPress installed in a subfolder (http://mysite.com/folder rather than http://mysite.com)... Thanks for your help!

Di you try with other plugins ?? did other plugins get the admin page correctly similar to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=other_plugin ??

This error is not possible because.. it uses the default functions which is recommended by WordPress.

or else create a sample wordpress demo in this site http://php.opensourcecms.com/scripts/details.php?scriptid=88 and try installing WP Socializer. Try to check whether it works right there...

Yes, many other plugins using the /wp-admin/admin.php?page= work and do not redirect. For example, MyReviewPlugin and WP Survey And Quiz Tool both are installed, use that convention, and do not redirect.

On the opensourcecms.com site it looks like I'm not able to install plugins into the demo, unfortunately, so I can't test it there. However, I did test the plugin on another site of mine (WordPress is also installed in a subdirectory there), and it does work.

So it seems I've narrowed the problem down to either a conflict with another plugin, or perhaps something specific with that particular web host or even permalink configuration. Might there be any known conflicts with other plugins?

    Thanks again.

If it does not work with all other plugins, then it can be an error win WP install (not sure) . Try re-installing a fresh WP or check out the rules in the .htaccess file.
